Biography

Lars Tofft is an international executive and board member who has more than 25 years of experience from the technology industry.

He has been based operationally out of Denmark for more than 20 years with Ericsson, where he has held several sales executive positions. Most recently, Lars has been Vice President Head of Global Sales for Ericsson Services business worldwide. Prior to that, he was Head of Sales and Product Management for Ericsson in Region Northern Europe and Central Asia.

Lars has also previously been CEO for Ericsson Denmark in 8+ years and Global Head of Sales for Systems Integration and Multimedia Solutions within Ericsson. He currently serves as a Non-Executive Director at RTX A/S and previously as Chair of Technology Branch at Danish Industry Association.

Lars holds a Master in Business Administration and Business law supplemented with executive educations from INSEAD, Columbia University and MIT.
